Position Summary
AMS is seeking a full time software developer to join our PalMate team in Jenison, Michigan. This individual will help architect and maintain our list of software applications including our flagship product, PalMate ERP. The developer will be writing new code and maintaining the existing code base. This includes participating in design and development meetings along with estimating tasks. The software team aims to be as agile as possible in all aspects including customer collaboration. We emphasize test driven development and attempt to be as automated as possible with our tools and processes so we can respond to change effectively.

Must be comfortable with interaction between IT, business operations and customers
Meet deadlines and see projects from design to completion with little supervision
