Project Superintendent Job Opening in Columbia, South carolina - We are hiring experienced project superintendents for our Columbia, SC office who will be responsible for overall safety and quality of assigned projects. Duties include implementing approved and efficient construction methods, overseeing project cost and schedule control, direct supervision of subcontractors and subordinates, and enhancing client relations.
Successful candidates must:
possess a minimum of 5 years experience in on-site construction supervision
be an excellent planner, organizer and communicator
be customer focused
Hospital experience is a plus. Submit project resume, projects list and professional references.
