Front Desk Coordinator/Survey Estimator Job Opening in Oak Harbor, Washington - Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line telephone system
Greet visitors
Prepare and coordinate mail (postage, UPS, FedEx, etc)
Manage and order office supplies
Maintain kitchen and office appearance
Open/Close office
General clerical duties
Assist project managers and accounting as needed
Maintain database for: estimates, projects, clients, contacts etc
Archiving
Coordination and research for survey, planning and engineering estimates
Prepare proposal letters and follow up with clients.
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Gmail
Familiarity with Deltek Ajera software a plus
Familiarity with maps and property a plus
Hours:
Part time to possible fulltime
