Growing Manufacturing Company in Bensalem, PA has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and will assist the CEO and CFO
Responsibilities:
Daily accounting and reporting functions including GL, A/P, A/R
Oversee Payroll and reporting analysis
Projects/Analysis relating to daily operations and production
Bank
Daily Interaction with CFO and CEO in providing reporting and analysis
Assist CEO with administrative duties such as emails, letters, travel planning, misc.
Requirements:
BA in accounting or finance
3-5 year minimum experience in financial reporting, general ledger and department management
Strong organizational, computer, interpersonal and analytical skills
Solid skills in use of Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
