Job Description:
Clinical Liaisons support short term acute care hospitals in their local communities. Our liaison team consists of Nurses and Respiratory Therapists who collaborate with STACH personnel to identify patients who can benefit from long term acute care services. Armed with a strong clinical background, payor knowledge and communication skills, liaisons work with physicians, discharge planners, and patient families to plan the best continuum of care for critically ill patients who require a longer term of stay in an acute setting.

Qualifications:
As a Clinical Liaison, you must be able to deliver superior quality in all that you do. We are seeking enthusiastic team players with the ability to connect with healthcare professionals and patient families. Qualified candidates must be passionate about providing a superior quality of care. You must also be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Clinical Liaisons must:
Be a licensed Nurse or Respiratory Therapist with acute care experience
Have a professional demeanor with excellent communications skills, preferably with sales, marketing and
Must be flexible, self-driven, accountable for results, autonomous, yet supportive of team efforts.
A valid driver?s license, proof of valid auto insurance, and active clinical license are required.
