Director, Perioperative Services (2-hospitals) Job Opening in Little Rock, Arkansas - We are seeking an exceptional leader for our client, a faith-based, not-for-profit, nationwide, multi-hospital system
Responsibility for Perioperative Services for 2 campuses with a total of approximately 500 acute care beds
Oversee 30 operating rooms and 300 FTEs
Position is supported by a team of 4 managers that oversee the Main OR and Outpatient, Pre-op and PACU, Sterile Processing, and the ORs for an off-campus 60-bed facility
The Department of Surgery offers a full-complement of surgical services by surgeons who are recognized leaders in their field
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Nursing or a Master?s degree in Nursing required
Ideal candidate has proven perioperative services senior nursing leadership experience
