Clinical Manager for Washington Co. School Based Job Opening in Springdale, Arkansas - Unique Behavioral Healthcare Opportunity
Ozark Guidance is searching for candidates to fill Clinical Manager positions in our Washington County School Based program in Fayetteville. Ozark Guidance is a private local, CARF accredited, non-profit community mental health center. We are committed to meeting the needs of the individual, family, and community for better mental health in Northwest Arkansas. Since 1970, Ozark Guidance has helped tens of thousands of children, adults, and families in Washington, Benton, Madison, and Carroll Counties live better lives by providing high quality, affordable mental healthcare services. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field with a terminal Arkansas license (LPC or LCSW) is required. Prefer one to two years? experience working with children and families. Excellent communication, time management, organizational and computer skills are required, as well as the ability to be self-motivated and to work independently as well as with a treatment team model. Candidate should have good computer skills, ability organize and prioritize, and be patient, consistent and flexible. Candidate must be able to work within school settings. Positions are with our Fayetteville office school based program within Washington County school districts. Reliable transportation is a must. Work Hours: Fulltime; Monday-Friday; with some evenings.
