Regional Sales Representative - Bronx/Westchester Job Opening in Bronx, New york - Grady?s Cold Brew is a rapidly expanding industry leader looking for a Regional Sales Representative to manage and increase regional growth in the Bronx and Westchester. Grady?s was one of the first major players in the cold brew coffee category and is excited to add an Regional Sales Rep to reinforce their strong regional presence. This position requires spending a considerable amount of time in the field calling on accounts and managing regional accounts. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. Job Responsibilities:
Call on (core) key accounts in the area to ensure distribution, ordering, programming, brand familiarity, staff trainings and proper visibility
Develop and maintain sales contact with all customers and new prospects
Help maintain proper merchandising across all accounts
Maintain existing distribution and sales
Grow account list through our current distributors
Build relationships with the distributor?s sales representatives
Submit and review a weekly account report, monthly calendar and sales planner
Help assess distributor profiles, retail and on-premise distribution, and competitive activity and pricing
Record store visits and document conversations with distribution and vendors
Market analysis to track brand?s performance and inform sales / marketing decisions
Manage new product development initiatives for brand
Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to meet the needs of our vendors and distributors - this may include project/demo work
Execute initiatives that strengthen bond with fan base
Communicate with key stakeholders
Scout prospective opportunities
Job requirements
At least 1 year business/sales experience or equivalent education
At least 1 year of merchandising experience
Passion for the industry and consumer behavior
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Dropbox products
Experience with pricing and sales techniques
Able to travel often and use personal vehicle
Ability to analyze and think strategically
Job Type: Full-time
