Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting operations
Oversee the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and financial reporting
Lead month-end and year-end close process
Change manager: develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Talend Developer: Lead, train, mentor and coach the accounting and finance team
Requirements and Qualifications:
2+ years of controller experience
2+ years of previous accounting and finance experience with a professional service firm (consulting, public accounting, law, engineering, etc)--Required
5+ years of accounting and finance experience
2+ years of supervisory experience
Financial service experience (Preferred)
Masters in Accounting (Desired)
CPA (Desired)
Outstanding knowledge of GAAP
Quickbooks experience (Required)
Adaptable: able to balance priorities, multi-task, and delegate and oversee the team
Collaborative and thought leader
