The Opportunity
The Loom Trade Sales Representative is a born sales person that is excited to build and maintain relationships with Interior Designers. The Trade Rep will be in charge of creating and maintain designer relationships, managing sales opportunities and providing top-notch customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Building
Creatively prospect designers in target market to build overall book of business within their territory
Activate members through top notch account management
Maintain customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business
Work with designers to ensure their experience using Loom is simple and easy
Use quick thinking, interpersonal skills and problem solving to for top-notch customer service
Collaborate with Founder on strategies for account growth
Attend industry events to create and maintain relationships with designers in target market
Customer Experience Management
Assist designers to execute their vision
Manage customers to stay within their timelines and budgets
Implement exceptional customer service to ensure overall brand vision of customer experience is met
Manage opportunities to close to meet and exceed quotas
Be the go-to resource for designers for all products carried by Loom specially window treatments to assist in executing the designers project needs
Detailed knowledge of entire Loom product line including all products and fabrics
Collaborate with Founder on strategies for account growth
Requirements:
Self-motivated sales person with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Strong aptitude for customer service and sales with high energy ?can do? approach
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years of outside sales experience with strong emphasis on customer service and account management
Experience with Interior Design to the Trade Accounts a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving skills
Experience with CRM systems required, specially Salesforce a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and self motivated to meet and exceed sales quotas
Product knowledge of window treatments a plus
