Staff Accountant Job Opening in Columbus, Ohio - A local CPA firm, in the Lake area is experiencing tremendous growth, and needs an experienced, part-time Staff Accountant familiar with tax, accounting and payroll services.
This individual will perform accounting duties for a wide range of clients ? including but not limited to: client write-ups, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable functions, payroll processing, payroll reporting and tax preparation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare daily cashflow analysis
Prepare bank reconciliations and credit card reconcilations on a monthly basis for multiple clients
Assist in the preparation of finanial reports for multiple clients
Prepare the payroll checks for mulitple clients
Prepare and submit client payroll liabilities for multiple jurisdictions on monthly and quarterly basis
Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for various reporting jurisdictions
Prepare individual and business entity tax returns
Assist with tax projections and forecasts for estimated tax computations
Prepare sales tax and commercial activity tax returns
Other accounting, payroll and tax preparation duties as needed
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED
Must have a degree in accounting or equivalent.
Must be fluent with Quickbooks, both the desktop and online versions
Mircrosoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Minimum of 1 years of accounting, payroll and tax preparation experience
Payroll processing and tax preparation experience a plus
Must be able to multi-task
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Must have the ability to problem solve
