Office Manager / Bookkeeper Job Opening in Eastlake, Ohio - Supply Company is looking to hire a full time in house Office Manager. We are looking for someone who is proficient in accrual accounting, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, cash management and other day-today administrative office tasks. Must be proficient in Quick Books and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities and duties, including but not limited to:
Ensure that various accounting records are accurate and up to date
Accounts payable
Accounts Receivable
Process customer receipts
Manage employee files/HR
Organization and upkeep of administrative files and information
Payroll (we use a payroll service)
Match vendor invoices to Purchase Orders and receiving documents
Prepare invoices and supporting documents
Report discrepancies to the owner
Reconcile company credit card statements
Research vendor statements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years accounting or bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of related computer applications
Familiarity with basic accrual bookkeeping procedures
Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles
Good typing or keyboarding experience required
Attention to detail and accuracy
Must be well organized
Cooperative and willing to assist others
Able to use computer applications and telephone
Have desire to contribute to the continued growth of the company
Able to work in a team environment
Able to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
