Requirements: Must have experience with microelectronics in the area of wire bonding or die attach. BS degree in Engineering (Microelectronics, Mechanical, Chemical or Materials). May consider AS degree or technician level experience. Experience working on a Delvotek or Palomar machine is preferred. Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements. This is a temp to hire or possible DIRECT hire placement depending on the candidate.
