Work-At-Home in the Wedding Industry Job Opening in austin, Texas - Work-At-Home in the Wedding Industry Work-at-Home in the Wedding Industry The Certified Wedding Professional Association (CWPA) is hiring full-time and part-time Sales Associates to promote our service to the best vendors in the wedding industry by selling memberships in our organization. This opportunity is based in the Austin, TX area and allows our representatives to work from home for a real company selling a real product to real businesses. There is no multi-level marketing, selling to friends or upfront money to invest. We are offering a great opportunity for a couple of people who would like to promote our organization to owner-operated wedding businesses. This position is best suited for candidates who fit the following description: ?Self-motivated with the ability to manage their own work from home. ?Sales professionals who would like to be in charge of their own clients. ?Stay-at-home moms who would like to make additional part-time income. ?People who have an interest in weddings and the wedding industry. Candidates will need to provide the following to be considered: ?A quiet work environment or office area. ?Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and a high-speed internet connection. ?Sales experience is preferred but not required; (if you are interested, please don't let a lack of experience keep you from applying.) ?The ability to work 4-8 hours per day and 20-40 hours per week (no nights or weekends required.) ?An understanding of the advantages of a commission-only pay structure. ?The ability to interact with small business owners over the phone and demonstrate ways to improve their business. Compensation: ?Compensation will be commission-only and Sales Associates will be paid as independent sales reps. ?A successful, full-time Sales Associate will be expected to earn between $40,000 and $55,000 per year. ?Part-time Sales Associates will be expected to earn between $18,000 and $30,000 per year, depending on the number of hours worked.
