Night Auditor Job Opening in Preston, Connecticut - As a Night Auditor at the Hilton Garden Inn, you would be responsible for performing daily auditing and balancing procedures. Reconcile charges, perform back-up and close out procedures and generate addition, you will also play an active role at the Front Desk and be expected to perform the following tasks:
-Greet guests and complete the registration process to include, but not limited to, inputting and retrieving information from the computer, confirmation of guest information, room selection, coding electronic keys and ensuring guest knows location of room.
-Assist guests with check-out including, but not limited to, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, accepting and recording various forms of payment.
-Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information including, but not limited to, room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, the local area and other general product knowledge and answer guest questions and inquiries.
Requirements:
Customer Service experience is required.
Schedule flexibility to work overnight shifts (11pm - 7am). Friday and Saturday overnight shifts are a requirement for this position. Other shifts during the week may be available but are not guaranteed.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Training for this position may occur during the day or afternoon
