Senior Accountant / Manager Job Opening in Hamden, Connecticut - Our expanding and evolving CPA firm is looking to hire a full time Senior Accountant / Manager who is detail oriented and motivated. Role would involve reviewing work and making high level decisions on accounting matters and working directly with clients on an individual basis to complete engagements.
The ideal candidate should have broad base experience including:
Performing Compilation and Review Engagements and financial statement preparation
Preparing Individual, Corporation, Partnership and Fiduciary Returns
Tax planning and tax research
Preparing and reviewing all other business type tax returns for both Federal and State
Applying knowledge of business functions, strategies and best practices to clients to improve client services and relationships
5-10 years? experience in Public Accounting and a CPA designation is preferred
Potential partner track for the right candidate.
