Engineering Analyst / Revit Tech Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - We are seeking a jack-of-all-trades to research, gather and manage the physical attributes of equipment and Low Voltage systems. This position is responsible for identifying the installation requirements of equipment being planned for healthcare facilities. You will contact the equipment vendors to identify structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and space requirements. This is the initial step in our services to help the design team (Architects, Engineers and Contractors) ensure infrastructure placement. Creating CAD blocks and room layouts in Revit will identify the placement of Power, Data, Water, Drain, Vent and other required connection points.
This is an opportunity for someone with strong analytic skills, attention to detail, experience using Revit and willingness to learn.
The successful candidate will have a strong aptitude in math (Formulas to calculate Watts, Amps, Volts and BTU's) and excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas in simple terms.
