Job Description:
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Medicare Part D / Prescription Drug Benefit enrollment and disenrollment requests for new members.
Perform membership updates, address changes, and Prescription Benefit Plan changes in prescribed systems.
On occasion, perform outbound calls to contact members to validate or acquire additional information needed to process the enrollment request.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2-3 years of healthcare industry including Medicare Part D experience and patient/beneficiary services
1+ years using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook in a professional or academic setting
Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Must have High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Extensive Background Check.
