Food Service Manager Job Opening in Coventry, Rhode island - Riverview Healthcare, a 190 bed long-term care facility, is seeking the right candidate to fill the position of Food Service Manager.
Job Duties:
* Ordering of food/supplies
* Stay within raw food budget
* Responsible for food safety and food sanitation
* Train and supervise dietary staff
* Schedule and stay within budgeted hours in dept.
* Keep diet cards current
* Enjoy preparing home cooked meals
* Monitor & maintain temp & cleaning logs, par levels, emergency food supply
* Embrace Culture Change/Resident Centered Care
* Embrace trayless service/steam tables/healthy snacks
Qualifications: Polite and professional, good communication skills, ServeSafe certified, will need to obtain Food Service Manager certification, prior supervisory experience a plus
