LITIGATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST Job Opening in atlanta, Georgia - LITIGATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST The Atlanta, GA office of Finnegan, one of the world's leading and largest intellectual property law firms, is seeking a Litigation Support Specialist to join our dynamic Information Technology department. This position will support approximately sixty users. Successful candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, two plus years of IT experience in a legal or professional services environment, experience working with video-conference equipment and a basic knowledge of trouble shooting steps to diagnose and repair end user computer problems in a timely and efficient manner. Previous experience with litigation support software Relativity, Summation, Concordance, IPRO, LiveNote, CaseMap, and TimeMap is preferred. Must work well independently and in a team environment, while dealing with frequent deadlines and multiple priorities. Candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills and possess the ability to deal courteously and efficiently with attorneys, clients, administrative and support staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work overtime are also required.
