The Manhattan office, located on 3rd Avenue, between 40th & 41st Streets, is undergoing an expansion and we are seeking a limited number of aggressive, ambitious and capable sales professionals to join our real estate sales team
Candidates should have a proven track record of real estate sales success, and must be self-motivated professionals who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with solid problem solving abilities. As a leader in the real estate industry, we enjoy an excellent relationship with the largest portfolio of condo, coop, and rental buildings in the city. Our New York Headquarters is located in a high rise office building 2 blocks from Grand Central. We have the resources of a publicly traded NASDAQ company, but intimate feeling and open door policy of a small business. We employ a full support staff and employ the latest technology to market our listings.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must have NY Real Estate Salesperson/Brokers License
Must be self-motivated, tenacious, and possess strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and business development skills
Proven track record of sales with at least 0-2 years of experience
Must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate ability to work well in a team atmosphere in a structured professional environment
Reliable, have high ethical standards, and take direction well from Senior Staff members
