Director of Patient Facilitation Job Opening in Venice, California - The Director of Patient Facilitation role is a high-impact leadership position combining both strategy and execution. You will not only learn our sales strategy, processes, and tools, but also be responsible for refining them. You have a track record of success. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and optimize sales processes and tools.
Grow, manage, and monitor our affiliate program.
Hire, train and coach an account management team on a buyer-centric sales process. What drives you is finding real solutions for real people. Listen with empathy, find pain points? but also know when to back off and not push for the sale.
Hold your team accountable and challenge them to meet and exceed their goals.
Post and engage on social media channels (as a means of engaging with patients).
Work with marketing and development teams to better our users? experience and best address their needs.

You understand the uncertainty of an early-stage tech start-up and are willing to put in the time and energy to help achieve success.
