What is the job?
We?re hiring a full-time Recruiter here at CovalentCareers to support our Rapidly increasing source of candidates Fast-moving and high-paying temp, travel, part-time and perm placement job requisitions across all settings in allied health.
The Recruiter will be connecting primarily with allied health professionals, specifically: Physical therapists Occupational therapists Speech therapists All assisting roles in those disciplines.

Tasks that you will perform under your role as a Recruiter include:
Educating candidates and helping them decide on the right career path.
Developing long-lasting relationships with qualified healthcare professionals.
Focusing on providing incredible customer service and maintaining a client-centered mentality.
Maintaining an organized ATS and performing follow up in a timely manner.
Answering inbound inquires and career-related questions.
Sourcing new leads for healthcare positions.
Screening candidates via phone and through their resume to ensure they?re qualified for a position, or are eligible for qualification.
Identifying qualified allied health professionals for travel, temp, and permanent positions.
Proactively contacting and recruiting prospective candidates to establish relationships, understanding their needs, and qualifying them for job opportunities.
Recruiter Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 1 - 2 year experience in a pure recruiting role (i.e., not a recruiting support role).
Results-driven and motivated by compensation and recognition for results.
Proven success in recruiting, sales or other metrics driven environment.
Ability to think creatively and come up with strategic solutions to achieve results.
Obsessed with creating an incredible candidate experience.
Career-oriented with a desire for advancement.
