Sales Representative Job Opening in New Providence, New jersey - Wrist, the world?s leading ship supplier, is looking for a Sales Lead Representative to help with sales and marketing, and executing the strategic sale of company goods and services by helping to determine pricing of goods to international customers.
The Sales Lead Representative will work with closely with the Branch Manager in our New Providence office to maximize profits.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales revenue and profitability goals for assigned area(s).
Establishes, develops, and maintains strong business relationships with current and prospective clients.
Manages client contracts as related to requirements, compliance and terms.
Communicates all contract requirements and changes affecting outside staff to internal staff for consistent compliance to contract terms.
Addresses client questions, concerns and issues timely and appropriately, and escalates client concerns to proper internal personnel, as appropriate.
Manages their team assigned to ensure product specs, pricing, sourcing and available of items.
Maintains database with up-to-date general information on current and prospective clients.
Prices quotes competitively to maximize profit and secure the orders
Prepares and submits sales and marketing activity and results reports to internal personnel, as appropriate.
Reviews trends and patterns in sales results data, provides interpretive analysis and commentary, and offers recommendations for addressing areas of concern and for strengthening best practices.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
