Water / Mold / Smoke Mitigation Technician Job Opening in chico, California - Water / Mold / Smoke Mitigation Technician Perform water mitigation, content manipulation, fire and smoke cleaning of structure and contents, remediation of mold and microbial contamination within residential and commercial structures. Other duties include maintenance of project logs, construction of containment systems and critical barriers, monitoring of environmental controls and negative pressure, operation of air scrubbers and negative air machines, monitoring moisture & humidity, precision demolition, removal of contaminated building materials, post-remediation detailed cleaning and fire odor restoration. (Other duties as assigned) Candidates must pass criminal background check and drug screen. Full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with overtime as needed.
