Key Responsibilities
Review client tax documents and prepare federal and state tax returns. Carefully review tax returns for accuracy and completeness
Collect information and file federal and state tax return extensions
Collaborate with team to identify and implement new process improvements
Actively communicate and share information with co-workers. Bring issues and problems to the forefront so the broader team can tackle together
Minimum Requirements
1+ years work experience in preparing individual tax returns (preferred, If not still apply)
High School Diploma
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and tax return preparation software
Ability to thrive in a team oriented environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, with a strong work ethic
