Customer Support I Job Opening in Jessup, Maryland - The Customer Support Associate is responsible for calling all current customers on a regular, ongoing basis; insuring all orders are accurately documented and forwarded to the production staff; customer service regarding all products, supplies and equipment. In addition to providing customer satisfaction and loyalty services to all Orinoco customers, this professional will be responsible for interfacing between the customers, accounting, production and delivery staff and will report directly to the Office Manager of Orinoco Coffee & Tea, Ltd.
Primary Functions:
Continues a successful relationship with each customer and anticipates customer needs so that every customer is satisfied with the company's products and services.
Promotes relationship building by providing outstanding customer service.
Facilitates accurate and timely deliveries to each customer through precise utilization of order placement software and processes.
File management to include both physical and digital.
Logistics of LTL and FTL when needed.
Supports sales, promotion and retention goals set by Orinoco Coffee & Tea, Ltd.
Assists with additional projects as required.
Required Skills:
High level of verbal and written communication skills.
High School education, but college education is a plus.
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic level of QuickBooks skills.
Ability to problem solve and good strategy skills.
