Office Administrator Job Opening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Job Duties
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
Coordinate project deliverables
Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
Provide administrative support for operations team
Monitor production through weekly reports
Prepare material for Office Meetings, Staff Meetings, or Administrative Meetings
Send all office bills to Accounts Payable
Prepare and Submit quarterly supply orders
Coordinate outreach efforts of clinical staff, clinical supervisors, and other staff in ensuring all Policies, Procedures, and adherence from Center for Accreditation Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), the Managed Care Organizations (MCOs'), Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH), and Stakeholders.
SKILLS
2+ years? experience working in an office setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft software
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Customer-service oriented
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
*Previous Mental Health Medical Billing Experience preferred
*Bachelor?s degree preferred
*Previous Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
