Entry Level Outside Sales Representative ($30,000 - $45,000... Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Caliber is an industrial packaging and materials and equipment distributor with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. We are a fast growing company and we are looking for Entry level Outside Sales Representatives who are driven by growth and opportunity. Ambition : You need to be the kind of person that does not give up. You will need to travel throughout assigned territory to call on prospective and existing customers.
Accountability : You will need to build your customer base and achieve monthly sales quotas. You need to be highly disciplined and a self-starter.
Confidence: You need to have the confidence to conduct cold calls to identify and qualify business opportunities and build strong business relationships.
Experience: You need at least 1-2 years of Outside Sales experience with ability to negotiate and apply sales strategies while also having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education: You need to have a college degree.

Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to identify prospective customers and generate leads
Qualify and uncover customer?s business needs
Generate proposals that are in line with the products, services and pricing offered and close sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers,
Build a business network with customers and key decision makers
Present product demonstrations to clients ensuring understanding of products and services
Achieve monthly sales quotas
Complete all required paperwork and data entry in the sales database
Maintain customer satisfaction and address any issues in timely manner
Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to increase product awareness.
