Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Actively seek out customers in store
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Restocking products and supplies to ensure product availability.
Actively work with garments, including folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising
Maintain clean and orderly appearance of sales floor
Skills:
Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Dependable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours
