Oncology experience (within the last 5 years preferred) required
Master?s degree required
Director or Manager level experience, will consider candidates from Pharma or CRO background if they have Director experience.
Previously people management experience required. Will have 2-3 managers who report to them and a total of 20-25 people reporting to them.
Prefer candidates from a larger Healthcare Network or larger Hospital Research background

Qualifications
Master?s degree required
10-12 years of relevant experience in research field as administrator and/or investigator
6-8 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience, with evidence of leading and managing research programs and staff, educational activities, and special projects
Experience in the clinical research operations, research design/methods, and
Experience leading a team through process improvement and initiatives
Oncology Research experience preferred
Customer-focused leadership style
Demonstrated track record in managing clinical trials research
Knowledge of regulations that govern human subjects research and Good Clinical Practice requirements
