Required Knowledge and Skills:
Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year; 2-3 years desirable)

Excellent customer service skills and communication skills

Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and previous experience with inventory control software

Internal candidates must be fully trained in current WEO standard operational procedures

Understanding of HR policies and procedures and proven ability to apply them

Ability to lead teams to achieve results through assigning, delegating, and holding others accountable

Knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures

Ability to gain product knowledge sufficient to determine optimal disposition of returned goods

Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience

High School Diploma or GED

Essential Physical Functions:
Must be able to lift 75 pounds, 3 feet high without the aid of another person and 125 pounds with assistance.

Must be able to sit/stand for the entirety of a scheduled shift in the performance of job duties.

Must be able to bend, stoop, push, and pull in order to move merchandise.

Must be able to use fingers bilaterally and unilaterally (one-handed) in the operation of equipment such as cash registers, computers, and adding machines.

Must be able to work around various fumes, odors, chemical agents, and solvents.

Must be able to work in various temperatures and environmental conditions.

Must have vision and hearing corrected to be able to legally operate a vehicle under various environmental and traffic conditions.

Must be able to maintain balance and climb three to five feet on a step ladder.
