You will earn a bonus of $.75 cents for every hour your RNs work each week. You will earn $.35 cents for every hour your LPNs and CNAs work each week. You will receive a base salary up to $50,000 depending upon your experience, in addition to your BONUS, which should be at least $12,000 to $20,000 your first year.
You will focus all your efforts on recruiting employees and staffing open positions at Chicago area and suburban hospitals, rehab facilities, nursing homes and schools.
Must have 1 year Nurse Staffing Experience

Confident to work under pressure and deadlines
Cannot be a clock watcher ? or you might realize we are working you to death
Must possess stamina so you can still have fun at your stressful job while the phone is growing out of your ear, you have a full plate and you are being handed another plate
Duties include recruiting, interviewing and testing nurses to staff Hospitals and Nursing facilities. Should be able to make 60 outbound phone calls per day. You need to be a team player, someone who is willing to pitch in when emergencies arise outside of normal business hours, which happens way too often. Will need to be available outside of normal business hours for on call duties.
