Summary
The Clinical Implementation Specialist provides training and support to customers of Complia Health?s clinical products and services with a positive attitude and flexible nature. You?ll be walking customers through the implementation and setup of the program up until and after they go live. The Clinical Implementation Specialist also provides training and support to internal team members on an ongoing basis, ensuring everyone is up to date on their knowledge and use of the software.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Help customers successfully implement Complia Health?s Clinical products and services.
Deliver and schedule clinical customer training in the classroom, on the web and onsite at customer locations.
Troubleshoot problems with product implementation and find creative solutions according to each customer?s unique need.
Work with the product support team in answering clinical support requests from end-users.
Accurately document training sessions.
Develop and maintains curriculum and materials for new products, enhancements or services
Conduct product and implementation testing.
Train other trainers and implementation personnel.
Look for recommend system enhancements.
Other projects and duties as required.
Qualifications:
RN, BSN or PT preferred.
Bachelor Degree with a concentration in Information Systems or Education, or equivalent work experience.
Previous healthcare experience in patient care, scheduling and coordination, clinical operations and administration.
Previous system implementation experience in a Home Care setting.
Understanding of home healthcare clinical operations and ability to assist customers in setup and configuration of applications for their business processes.
An understanding of OASIS (CMS) regulations, Federal Register, HIPAA, Conditions of Participation, and Clinical documentation practices.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to end users in a user-friendly, easily understandable way.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional training and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to manage multiple projects and varying priorities.
Familiarity with online training tools such as GoToMeeting.
Ability to follow standard course curricula and adapt to suit customer needs and create and revise course exercises.
Strong knowledge of MS Word.
Travel is required up to 50% of the time to travel to customer sites and assist them with training and support at their location.
