Manager/Sales Position Job Opening in San Diego, California - Job Description:
We have an IMMEDIATE need for in YOUR area to assist with the large amount of responses our marketing has Cold Calling. Full time and part time positions available. Leadership opportunities also available. Our clients have responded via direct mail, called in to our office or through the web with personal information regarding financial protection plans and are asking to enroll in these solutions. Bi-lingual is a plus, sports, military or sales background is a plus.
Job Duties :
Schedule an appointment with the people that have contacted us
Determine which program best fits their needs and budget during a field interview
Complete enrollment paperwork
Compensation:
Program compensates once the policy is issued, averaging about a week to issue
$500 avg commission per family helped
One appointment per family average
Average appointment is an hour and a half long
No limits on how many families you can help per week
