RESPONSIBILITIES
The Automotive Internet Sales Specialist must have the ability to handle the complete sales process on a significant load of high-quality, paid and organic internet leads. He or She will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Support on-line customers through our e-commerce proven process.
Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include completing credit applications, processing transaction paperwork, and delivery of new vehicle to consumer.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed! Responsible for generating sales appointments with customers via the internet to purchase new vehicles. This individual delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate/relevant, and courteous manner. This ?Highly? accountable position uses lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest
1 Year Automotive Sales or BDC Experience A Must
Strong background within the auto industry preferred.
Internet Sales experience is also highly recommended.
Professional follow up on customer inquiries.
