Experienced Inside Sales / Telesales Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - RGX is looking for an experienced inside sales rep who is energetic and enthusiastic professional to be part of a dynamic growing company! $2600 - $4000/month that includes commission opportunity if you have experience in sales

Essential Responsibilities:
Initiates and builds relationships with customers by providing information about our services
Promotes services and secures sales via phone, email and other channels
Incoming/Outgoing phone calls and requests for price estimates - average 100 per day
Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and step-by-step process
Uses dispatch system to retrieve and distribute customer information to technicians
Schedules service appointments and delivers a great customer experience
Identifies sales opportunities with new and existing customers
Must be able to work in high-paced environment, stay organized and multitask
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Phone sales / customer service experience preferred, but not required.
