The Healthcare Dietary Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the operations of the Healthcare Dietary Department in a effective and efficient manner. While meeting the needs of the Residents and staying in compliance with Federal, State guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
Must have Dietary Management experience in a Long Term Care setting (preferred).
Two years' management experience in a supervisory role.
