VP of Healthcare Practice Sales & Marketing Job Opening in Princeton, New jersey - Position Summary The VP of Healthcare Practice Sales & Marketing is responsible for new business development, managing existing clients and developing & executing marketing plans. The focus is primarily on the health plan market promoting PRIME, Atlas? primary source provider data validation process, ComplyScore, Atlas? compliance product as well as Atlas? IT services. The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, client management skills, and experience in financial and business negotiations.
Principal Duties
Prospect and develop long-term business relationships with senior executives in health plan vertical.
Develop and utilize effective strategic sales tactics and communicate compelling reasons for prospects to purchase Atlas Systems? services.

Manage the execution of the sales process, including qualifying leads, assessing risk, and risk mitigation strategies, commercial and contractual negotiations and facilitate related internal and external meetings and leading the pursuit of all potential opportunities.
Utilize corporate reporting tools to capture and report sales pipeline and forecast information accurately and on a timely basis. Develop plans and strategies for key opportunities, maintain relationships where appropriate with key customers and execute strategies to upsell solutions services and cross sell the full Atlas portfolio of products and services.
Initiate marketplace competitive analysis to facilitate sales objectives to increase market share.
Prepare and present reports as required by the management.
Effectively manage multiple tasks and situations for timely resolution.
Make periodic service calls on accounts to create goodwill, and determine if there are any other services needed.
Submit all call logs, itineraries, and other administrative reports.
Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor?s Degree and demonstrated success in a similar role for 5+ years
Experience in Healthcare vertical, especially experience in selling to health plans.
Candidate must be resourceful with a keen ability to effectively identify and develop relationships with key decision makers across multiple organizational layers.
Candidate must be results driven self-starter with a winning attitude and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Candidate must possess long standing working relationships with health plans.
Ability to identify new opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives.
Ability to build relationships with clients during the full sales cycle.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Display a track record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.
Exercise judgment and decision making skills.
Demonstrate excellent presentation and writing skills.
Have the ability to lead client meetings.
