Responsible for managing all aspects of organization marketing including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources. Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of hospice markets including government agency, payer groups, and key referral sources. Conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Master?s degree preferred.
3 years experience in healthcare marketing management preferred in hospice care operations.
Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers in the community.
Knowledge of corporate business management.
Demonstrate good communication skills, negotiation skills and public relations skills.
Demonstrate ability to develop and present new in-services.
