What We Look For
We are looking for a Healthcare Engagement Director that can lead all consulting engagements through billable consulting activities, strategic partnerships and new business.
This position will report to the CEO and requires close collaboration with the Senior Principal.
Position Responsibilities
Oversee all analytic consulting projects related to healthcare
Build internal team and manage them on the projects
Meet regularly with clients in face-to-face meetings
Manage, monitor and recommend appropriate strategies, tactics and operational initiatives to continuously enhance client satisfaction
Assist with the development, documentation and presentation of results to clients
Identify new opportunities within existing clients
Identify new clients and own full responsibility for the sales lifecycle (closing, writing proposals and leading presentations)
Required Experience and Skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
15+ years of healthcare consulting in analytics, business intelligence and/or big data
Strong knowledge of marketing needs, competition and latest industry news and trends
Strong communication skills with a data-driven approach to solving complex challenges
Strong network of healthcare professionals in payer and/or provider space
Motivated to drive positive change for a growing team and company
High energy and flexibility to thrive in an evolving team environment
This is a Chicago based position and requires a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
