Accounting Associate Job Opening in Jacksonville, Florida - Assist Finance Department with daily work specific to Account Payable as well as month-end tasks supporting financial reporting and reconciliation. Administrative and office support activities for the Ice House America corporate office will also be required.
Duties:
Process Accounts Payable vouchers for payment per agree terms.
Assist Staff Accountant with filing and mailing.
Post month-end journal entries.
Execute general ledger account reconciliations.
Provide support for IHA?s corporate office.

High school diploma or equivalent required
Able to demonstrate basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
Ability to interact with multiple levels of management
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, high organization skills
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Team player

Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 /hour
