FINANCE ASSISTANT Job Opening in Lake City, Florida - The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge of accounting principles and practices and must be able to maintain accurate and complete account files. In addition, applicant must be able to prepare and process A/P invoices, cash receipts and deposits as well as perform credit account card reconciliations and process and complete all phases of payroll. Applicant must be knowledgeable in accounting software packages and applications to accounting transactions, have knowledge of basic double-entry bookkeeping, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and deadlines is critical in this position. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities:
