The primary focus of our company is to generate new purchase loans. We are selectively looking to add one or two experienced individuals to our exclusive roster of loan originators. The job is commission based and loan officers are independent contractors. We offer our loan officers the most important tool to success: Access Realtor Access Our company has developed key relationships with local real estate firms and has exclusive access to several large realty offices. Our realty partners control over 10% market share in the San Fernando Valley. No longer do you need to work on the fringes, you can have direct access to successful, producing agents. Lender Access Our loan officers have access to the best lenders in the industry. Union Bank, CitiMortgage, Wells Fargo and several other key institutions that have reduced overlays to Fannie and Freddie guidelines. Program Highlights v 90% Loans to $979,750 v 10 properties financed using Fannie or over 10 with portfolio programs v Conforming ratios to 50% v Follow DU Findings - no overlays v Loans to $5 million v Approvals, conditions, docs and funding each at 24 hours In addition to aggressive loan programs we have highly experienced processors. In fact our processors have prior underwriting experience, know their way around a tax return and are able to package loans to obtain very clean loan approvals. Primary Responsibilities D evelop individual relationships with our Realtor partners Structure both conventional and FHA loans Pre-Qualify and Pre-Approve consumer loan requests Analyze income, credit and assets Assess, educate and inform prospective clients of appropriate programs Maintain detailed knowledge of current loan programs, guidelines and regulations Evaluate the accuracy of borrower statements and documents Work as a team player with processing and closing staff Qualifications M inimum 3 years current loan origination experience NMLS/SAFE Act certified - MLO license required Must have CA Dept of Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license Strong knowledge of Fannie and FHA guidelines Experienced originating purchase loans Bilingual a plus - not required Attention to detail Strong sense of urgency Goal oriented Excellent work ethics Knowledge of all Federal and State regulations, Fed Rule, RESPA 2010, etc Outgoing and able to speak to large groups and in public Highly motivated and willing to work nights and weekends Proficient working with the MS office products Experienced working with loan origination software Chase Financial Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
