Pragmatics, Inc . is seeking a Software Integration Developer in Reston, Virginia .
As a Software Integration Developer , you will be performing the following responsibilities:
Provide expertise and direction in the development and/or modification of computer-based scientific, technical, and business software systems
Use expertise to design , develop, code, test, and debug software
Work with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives
Communicate complex technical concepts in clear terms to personnel with varying levels of technical knowledge
Provide analytical support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases
Plan and schedule new applications systems projects with user, systems software, and computer center operations personnel, including the identification of objectives, time frames, costs, and manpower requirements
Document and Diagram complex technical, process and data architectures to support program requirements and acquisition goals
Ensure the identification and documentation of hazards within software systems using various analysis tools and techniques
Review and evaluate systems and software for adherence to government or commercial directives, standards, guidelines, and criteria concerning software safety and systems safety
Confirm design mitigations are captured in the design and its documentation, and verify implementation
May perform as a project lead responsible for the instruction, assigning, direction, and monitoring of the performance of assigned systems developers / analysts working on a specific project

Experience working within DoD (DISA, Logistics, Combatant Commands)
Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ) using Java, JavaScript, Web Services and Oracle ( or similar RDBMS)
Knowledge of SPA technologies such as React, Backbone, Ember and/or Angular
Knowledge of Data Implementation using databases such as PostgresDB, MongoDB , and CouchDB
Experience migrating and deploying applications to Cloud service providers
EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 5+ yrs of experience or a Master's with 3+ yrs of experience.
