Administrative Assistant Outpatient Healthcare PT Job Opening in Calais, Maine - We are currently seeking a Part-Time (20 hrs a week) Administrative Assistant to complete our Calais Maine l ocation. Hours are Monday-Friday 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM . Some holidays required.

Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for integrating the daily needs of the clinic. This is a key position which includes collection functions, reception desk functions, office equipment, supply inventory, and assisting Program Director/Program Manager with special and important projects.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Accurate data entry of accounts receivable.
Financial functions/reconcile petty cash/weekly billing.
Reception desk functions/answer phone/greet patients and visitors.
Ensure that office equipment is maintained /monitor and order supplies.
Collect and tally time sheets for director?s review and approval.
Assist the director with special projects.
Amazing Hours!
Our hours are earlier than many places, typically 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, this gives our staff more time to pursue part-time schooling and hobbies in the evenings and weekends. Hours subject to change by location.

Job Requirements
High School diploma / GED
Computer literate
Must be flexible and reliable
2-4 years of experience in a busy medical or mental health office setting is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual and stressful circumstances
Must pass background screening
Part-Time Hours
Monday-Friday 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM 20 hours . Some holidays required.
