Client Service Representative Job Opening in Warwick, Rhode island - Position Details:
Full Time Position (40 hours 8:30am ? 4:30pm)
Hourly Position ? pay based on experience
Reports to: Client Service Representative Supervisor
Position Responsibilities:
The Client Service Representative will work closely with insurance carriers, brokers, groups and members for the following.
Daily Processing:
New Hire Enrollments*
Terminations* *
Plan Changes* *
COBRA Reinstatements* *
COBRA Terminations* *
COBRA Plan Changes* *
*
Incoming Telephone Coverage:
Answer incoming business phone calls (rolling phone system)
Assist callers with account questions
Position Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated individual who is a quick leaner and enjoys working with customers over the phone.
MUST be dependable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Must be a team player
Required Experience:
At least 2 years? experience working in customer service
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Outlook preferred)
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
Healthcare Knowledge (Administrative)
Experience working with Insurance Carriers (BlueCross, United Healthcare, Delta Dental)
