HR/Payroll Coordinator Job Opening in Riverside, Rhode island - Hattie Ide Chaffee Home is looking for an energetic full time Human Resources Generalist to join our team to provide a wide range of HR support and advice in the delivery of Human Resources services, resources, policies, and programs including, but not limited to, the following functional areas: recruitment, retention, terminations, performance management, recognition, benefits and wellness, and professional development. Must possess the ability to process payroll on a biweekly basis through CSC Paymaster for 135 employees, in compliance with payroll laws and regulations. Responsible for some scheduling to ensure sufficient coverage of staff within the Home, must have excellent communication skills, computer skills, must be able to keep things confidential, must be fair when managing the needs of the employees.
Required:
High School Diploma/GED or International Equivalent
Work experience in HR/Payroll
Preferred:
Associate?s Degree or International Equivalent
General knowledge of healthcare industry and practices
Experience with CSC Paymaster
