Trissential is currently looking to add Project Managers with Healthcare experience to our growing team. As a Project Manager with Trissential you will be engaged in a client facing role utilizing your experience to define and implement large or complex projects.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Support the development of project team members by answering questions, providing recommendations on complex issues and sharing expertise
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers by regularly communicating, clarifying escalated inquiries and jointly resolving issues to minimize risk, meet key project milestones and ensure alignment to objectives
Experience with vendor for troubleshooting issues is a must
Able to integrate information from multiple sources in order to anticipate issues, come up with solutions, and resolve the problems
Adept at utilizing project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations
Responsible for directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers
Regularly communicates project health and identifies risks to project and program stakeholders, sponsors, and management. Resolves most conflicts between timeline, budget, and scope independently but intuitively escalates complex or consequential issues to management. Identifies and directs changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms
Responsible for managing and directing all project activities; including managing scope, change orders, status reporting, risks, defects, as well as regularly track project, master schedule, and control gate process and resources within budget and project schedule
Participates in and facilitates post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities to continually improve processes
The ideal Project Management candidates possess the following skills and abilities:
Project Manager Skills & Experience:
At least 6+ months experience working in Healthcare Industry. Preferably Health Insurance industry.
7+ years of IT Project Management and/or Business Project Management experience
Must have experience using a Project Management tool, i.e. tracking plan & actual statistics from inception through implementation
Experience as a project manager in a multi-vendor environment
Prior project management consulting experience is helpful
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
