Summary
Responsible for the accounting functions of MNS, Ltd., ABC Stores ? Guam, Inc., ABC Stores ? Saipan, Inc. and Waikoloa Venture, LLC. Supervises the Accounting, Sales Audit, Accounts Payable and Payroll departments. Ensures timely and accurate recording and reporting of transactions for financial and tax reporting. Maintains internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervises the Accounting Manager, Office Manager and Payroll Manager. Oversees daily activities of the Accounting, Sales Audit, Accounts Payable and Payroll departments.
Ensures internal controls are in place to safe guard company assets.
Ensures timely and accurate general ledger closings.
Ensures timely and accurate financial and operating reports.
Oversees the preparation, review and analysis of physical inventories and inventory reconciliations.
Ensures timely processing, reporting and payment of payroll and payroll taxes.
Ensures timely completion and follow up on general ledger account reconciliations.
Responsible for preparation of financial analyses and forecasts for new stores, leases and investment opportunities.
Supervises annual Corporate audit and Profit Sharing Plan audit.
Responsible for timely preparation of monthly and annual tax returns, including GET, GRT and federal and state income tax returns.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
B.A. degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA required.
Minimum of ten years accounting and management experience.
